At ELVARA, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Returns
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instruction on how to send the item back. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you refund will be processed to the credit or original payment method within 7 business days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If you received a defective, damaged or wrong item. We will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact our support team as soon as possible after receiving the product.
Non Refundable
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Items that have been used or worn
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Clearance or final sale items
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Pangsapuri Cahaya Heights, Jalan Kuning U9/23, Shah Alam, 40150, Selangor, Malaysia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
